With us you will have the chance to work in the Talent Acquisition and Development area, conducting interviews, informing candidates and helping them to work and live abroad.
The accepted person will be working in the Talent Acquisition and Development area in our Headquarters in Alicante (Spain) with the following responsibilities:
- Managing job portals and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Informing candidates, universities and other organizations.
- CV screening.
- Conduct first and final interviews
- Interviews report.
- Translation of some documents.
- Meetings with managers and colleagues.
- Participate in the talent acquisition strategy of the company.
- Performance and attendance candidates follow-up.
Requirements for being part of our team:
- Native level of French.
- Studies related to Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
- Medium or high level of English.
- Open to move to sunny Alicante.
- Interest in being part of an international and multicultural team.
- Passion or deep interest about talent, people and Human Resources.
