Description: 

We are seeking a passionate Hotel Front Office Assistant to join our partners in Rome. As an Hotel Front Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction and creating a positive first impression. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our front office. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet, welcome, and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Notify relevant company personnel promptly of visitor arrivals to ensure timely assistance.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the hotel by following established procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Operate the telecommunication systems, including house phones and consoles, according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Answer inquiries from guests and visitors, providing accurate information or referring them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee and department directories to facilitate efficient communication within the hotel.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times, in compliance with established procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Document and communicate any actions, irregularities, or ongoing needs to promote continuity among work teams.
  • Contribute to the overall team effort by accomplishing related results as required.
