Description: 

This offer involves a multifaceted field of work with plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development. 

 

What will you do?

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.

  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as performing check-in & check out, providing information and Customer Service. 

  • Supporting other departments by answering the phone and responding to email inquiries. 

 

About you: 

 

  • Good communication skills (preferably in English and a second/third language will be a plus).

  • Interpersonal skills: Being open-minded, comprehensive & having customer care predisposition (problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail). 

  • Multitasking capability. 

  • Organization.

  • Handling pressure.
