Full Stack Developer Internship

Relief Applications (reliefapplications.org) is a young European-based organization serving the international humanitarian and development sectors. Founded in 2014, by an IT expert and an experienced humanitarian during the Red Cross response to the Haiyan (Yolanda) typhoon in the Philippines, we provide a variety of innovative services bridging humanitarian work and cutting-edge technology to disseminate new IT tools and significantly improve the efficiency of humanitarian organizations. Our clients include several United Nations organizations, Red Cross societies and NGOs such as Save the Children, Oxfam and many others.

Working as Full Stack Developer you will work in a multinational team. You will need to take part in a full software development lifecycle. Relief Applications always develops several projects simultaneously which requires the ability to adapt to new skills & tools quickly.

You will be assisted in your work by interns and collaborate with each sector to bring the tool to life. The main responsibilities will be to participate to the development of innovative solutions for the humanitarian sector (Python, Angular/REACT) as well as creating pilots such as bot (Azure bots) and voice tools (Alexa).

You will be part of the innovation task force, imagining and creating cutting edge solutions to change HOW we help those affected by disasters.
