Game Graphics designer

Challedu is a non profit organization with the aim of developing and implementing game solutions in order to transform the learning experience to a creative, interactive and holistic procedure and promote the inclusion in the society. Its projects include:
- creation of game-based material and games of all kinds (role playing games , experiential games , card games, board games, digital games, spacial games etc) based on school curriculum, or tailor made specifications, or specific learners groups or specific vulnerable group.
- capacity building workshops to educators and trainers on game-based education, tools and solutions
- capacity building workshops to educators, different scientists (psychologists, doctors, museum curators etc), NGO , etc, focusing on delivering them knowledge on how to create game based solutions according to their expertise.
-co-creation workshops with educators, different scientists (psychologists, doctors, museum curators etc), NGO , etc, on specific themes.

We are searching for an enthousiastic and hardworking graphic designer who want to create graphics on games which aims to help specific volnerable groups.

Job Duties:
Using your creative and digital skills you will develop in team with your mentor and other team members graphics for games and boardgames and also promotion videos and animations. This will include but not be limited to:
-Play new games and understand the graphic needs of the game mechanics.
-Create in cooperation with your mentor and creative team graphics for games and board-games
-Test and finilize game graphics
Create promotional videos for games/boardgames
-Create promotional animations for games/boardgames

Requirements:
-Good command of English both written and spoken
-Fast and proactive learner enthusiastic in learning new skills
-Passion and critical eye on creativity and the gaming industry
-Basic or intermediate knowledge of photoshop/illustrator
-Basic or intermediate knowledge of indesign/aftereffects would be a plus
