Position:  Global Business Development Executive

Kaufetronics S.R.O is a global supplier of passive and active electronic components. Our ambition is to always strive and deliver quality products and give the best experience to our customers around the world. The Global Business Development Executive (GBDE) will be working closely with the customer, handling the entire requirements from the customer by coordinating with both purchasing and the logistic team.

The GBDE also ensures regular communication to the customer on the quote. If you are a person with natural ability to communicate and understand the customer's need, and if you are ready to receive and implement sales strategies from customer to customer, you will be a suitable candidate for our company.

As a Global Business Development Executive, you can acquire deep insight into the current market scenario, customer relationship management, time management and have a huge space to experiment different sales approaches and ideas.

Global Business Development Executive Responsibilities

1. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities and assess market trends within the European Union (EU) market.

- Analyze market data, consumer behavior, and regulatory frameworks to develop effective strategies for business expansion in the EU.

2. Market Entry and Expansion:

- Identify and evaluate potential target markets within the EU for business expansion.

- Develop market entry strategies, considering factors such as market size, competition, and cultural nuances.

- Establish and nurture relationships with EU-based partners, distributors, and agents to facilitate market entry and expansion.

3. Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EU market.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with EU clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the EU.

4. Sales and Marketing:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to the EU market.

- Conduct market segmentation and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach EU customers.

- Adapt marketing materials, messaging, and branding to align with EU market preferences and cultural nuances.

5. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with EU clients, distributors, and partners.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to EU clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to EU clients.

6. EU Trade and Market Intelligence:

- Monitor EU trade policies, tariff changes, and regulatory updates that may impact business operations.

- Stay informed about EU market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.

- Utilize market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and adapt business strategies accordingly.

7. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on EU sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.

- Analyze data and provide insights to optimize business strategies and improve performance in the EU market.

- Collaborate with the management team to develop EU sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.

We except from candidates:

1. Field of study related to Global business development/customer relationship management/international business development/ electrical and electronic engineering/Arts and Science.

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills (French, Germany and English) and a team player with cooperative skills.

3. Highly motivated and self-sufficient approach towards work.

4. Familiarity with CRM or another ERP tool.

5. Competency in Microsoft applications.

Mode of work: work from office

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Work timing: Mon - Thu : 8 am to 5 pm

                      Fri : 8 am to 3 pm
