We at Fonicom Currently have an exciting opportunity to take on a new team member in our administration department to help with various day to day tasks that assist us in managing the daily running of the office, keeping staff and clients in a great mood as well as dabble in accounts and sales administration, below you will find a details job description for this role. 

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to;

  • Welcome, seat and assist visitors as required
  • Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail
  • Prepares outgoing mail (including occasional courier shipments)
  • Scan, copy and promptly file documents
  • Updates and maintains databases such as mailing lists, contact lists, and client information
  • Coordinate and organise appointments and meetings from time to time
  • Monitors and manages offices supplies (including groceries, cleaning supplies, stationery etc.)
  • Assists in Ensuring office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Sales support such as creating and corresponding with suppliers in relation to purchase orders
  • sales support in assisting with compilation of prices from our suppliers
  • Occasional Travel Booking
  • Professionally interact with clients and employees on the phone, in email, and in person
  • Assisting in enforcing and maintaining quality management procedures and policies
  • Running various errands outside of the office
