Graphic Design & 3D Design

Type of Internship: Erasmus+ unpaid internship ("Pflichtpraktikum", mandatory internship)

Duration: 6 months or according to agreement

Description:

Your main role will be to carry out smaller design projects for cultural institutions, from conception to completion under the mentorship of a senior graphic designer. You should be keen to participate in team activities such as brainstorming and sketching preliminary versions of designs as well as engaging in design solutions and processing feedbacks to improve designs. Moreover your tasks may include supporting the Design team with creating and editing visual content for presentations in line with the company's Brand and Corporate Identity. After completion of this internship you will have acquired a deeper understanding on universal design and its application within the field of graphic design, and you will be able to have a better understanding of reative projects conducted in team and of an international business, including working with people in Paris, Montreal or Amsterdam.

Requirements:

- deep interest in social and universal design

- strong graphic design and layout skills with attention to details

- motivation and eagerness to learn

- being familiar with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Indesign

- knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and 3D softwares such as Rhinoceros, Keyshot and Fusion 360 as well as good drawing skills are highly appreciated

- proficiency in English, German or French are a +
