Graphic Design Intern - Erasmus Student Network Croatia

The graphic design intern will be responsible for supporting the national Communication Manager and Vice Communication Manager of ESN Croatia in their daily tasks such as designing social media campaigns, designing merchandise, and creating visuals for the needs of the organisation. This person should be aware of the concept of brand representation and the responsibility that comes with it.

Required:

• English proficiency (B2 or higher);
• creativity and flexibility;
• graphic designing;
• have a good understanding of marketing and brand awareness activities;
• organisational and time management skills;
• efficient interpersonal communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing;
• proactive attitude, not being afraid to propose changes, and being responsible for taking individual projects and tasks;
• feeling comfortable when working in teams and in a multicultural environment.

Not required, but preferred:

• knowledge about Erasmus Student Network;
• experience with student mobility (Erasmus+ and other mobility programmes);
• G Suite (Drive, Calendar, Sheets) & Slack;
• Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok;
• social media management;
• knowledge in Adobe Programmes (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) and/or other similar programmes.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• supporting the national Communication Manager and the Vice Communication Manager;
• developing and executing campaigns that are promoting our values and messages;
• developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time;
• completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organisation.
