Top requirements:

Creative portfolio

Exceptional knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign

Decent skills on Adobe Photoshop

Will to learn the ropes and ace design software handling

Academic certificates; Better focus on your porftolio!

Basic knowledge or understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
