Group Assistant internship

Berlink is a educational agency working with Erasmus+ projects and supporting students in their experiences abroad. Each year we welcome around 800 students from all over Europe and provide them with services upon their arrival throughout their internship and accommodation arrangements. We are looking for a motivated young team player, that is ready to face everyday challenges and also have a lot of fun with our students. As a Group Assistant your tasks would be: 

• Welcoming students at the airport. 
• Organizing a city tour of the coolest highlights of Berlin for them. 
• Accompanying them to their work placement on the first day. 
• Preparing documents related to Erasmus+ projects.
• Taking the group of students to cultural excursions in and around Berlin. 
• Working closely with the Training Tutor and Students Welfare Officer in the implementation of the projects.
