Deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure delivery of customer satisfaction and retention of agent/client

Issue travel documents to the clients

Liaise with the suppliers
- Update the group travel database
Skills needed/requirements:
- Speak French and English
- Have a background in tourism
- Full proficiency in Microsoft office
- Good communication and organizational skills
