We all have different business and lifestyle needs, and not every building with its surroundings amenities and services is the right ones for those. Starting from each customer specific needs,  Colouree leverages Ai , Geospatial and Data Analysis to make location understanding and matching easy and evidence-based, for real estate and smart cities markets.

Colouree is a PropTech Startup that develops web solutions of Urban Data and Location Intelligence with a focus on the Real Estate and Smart City markets (selected in 2020 among the TOP 50 European PropTech startups). 


Colouree offers an internship as Growth Hacker. 


As Growth Hacker you will take part on the lead gen/marketing team, in charge of the entire lead gen effort, from defining the target companies and people to executing on the campaign and interfacing with potential customers.

You will work closely with the founder combining strategic perspectives with working hands on to improve all aspects of the local marketing and hitting growth


What you’ll do

Define, execute, analyze, scale and optimize demand generation and pipeline acceleration strategy across all channels—online, offline, owned and events

Established and manage lead funnel and lead lifecycle to enable reliable campaign tracking, reporting, and lead hand-off.

Work with the founder to drive initiatives that maximize customer acquisition

Own key objectives across lead generation, pipeline creation, funnel efficiency, and ROI metrics; continuously test, measure, learn and innovate to fuel scale and growth

Leverage multiple channels and program tactics, including but not limited to: database and nurture email, paid acquisition, real-time web personalization, retargeting, and more.

Experience  in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth. 

Experience in B2B digital markets and SaaS company 

Italian Language

Strength in email marketing, analytics, critical thinking, and reasoned judgment

Experience leading multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEM, SEO, social, email, content marketing, conversion rate optimization)

Strong communication and project management skills 

Being able to build simple landing pages, either by coding up from scratch or utilizing platforms such as Wordpress
