- Communication with guests prior to arrival to coordinate schedules, check-ins, etc.
- Welcome guests at the apartment, collect their passport information, explain the features of the apartments and how to operate some elements (heating, tv...i), provide advice on the area ...
- Address possible customer needs / emergencies
- Be the contact person of the guests during their stay
- Enter the guests' information in the tourist registry
Requirements:
- English and some level of Spanish
- People's person
- Passion for tourism and helping others
