Join our five stars hotels' team in Antalya for the 2023 season. We are looking for interns to start either in April to end of June and July to end of September/mid of October.
Front Office Management and Guest Relations : In a nutshell, a guest relations personal—also frequently referred to as a guest relations coordinator or guest relations specialist—is tasked with a wide variety of responsibilities, including: Managing guests' experiences. Greeting and checking in guests as they arrive. Ensuring guests have a pleasant experience.
Guest Relation Officer Skills
Responding quickly and efficiently to guest concerns.
Assisting guests throughout the check-in process.
Relating information about amenities and other relevant information for incoming guests.
Contributing to the development of customer satisfaction programs.
Receptionist:
The duties of a receptionist may include answering visitors' enquiries about a company and its products or services, directing visitors to their destinations, sorting and handing out mail, answering incoming calls on multi-line telephones or,doing check in and cehck out processing.

- Free shared room accommodation and three times meals in the hotel workers' residence (with tha same gender another Erasmus Students from EUrope)
-transfer from Antalya airport to Hotel and end of programme traisfering from hotel to Antalya airport .
