Guest Relations Internship in Dublin

Host Ready is short-term let management company founded in 2017 operating in London, Dublin & Lisbon. We advertise our properties on Airbnb, Booking.com and HomeAway and provide all the services related to the management of our properties (cleaning, welcoming the guests, maintenance, laundry, pricing, marketing, etc.).

Host Ready has a rapidly growing portfolio of properties and is looking to expand its team in Dublin.

We are looking for an intern for 6 months. The right candidate will be involved in different aspects of the company (mainly operations) and will get the chance to work in a small but rapidly growing team.

Requirements:

• C1 / Advanced level of english
• Available for 6 months
• Valid working visa

Duties:

• Meet & Greet guest at our properties (show the property and its appliances)
• Assistant of the operation manager (coordinating cleanings and logistics)
• Booking management (answer to guests requests, make sure everything is tracked)
• Prepare and create our guide books and other materials
