We are a Startup that develops STEM Kits  for children to learn Science experimenting at home. To that purpose we are developing an online community in our website that includes videos of the experiments and gamification for a practical and fun learning experience. Also, we have a virtual store that sells optical, electronic and laboratory products such as telescopes, binoculars, speakers and microscopes. Roctar Internship Programme | Business Development and Marketing 

The activities of this internship are oriented to develop the sales and market study in your country of origin. You’ll be partaking in proactive outreach activities – speaking to new clients and distributors about our products. You’ll have contact with possible clients and distributors over the phone and via e-mail, and you’ll bring a friendly, persuasive approach to managing your own portfolio. Moreover, you’ll have the opportunity to create a database of new clients and distributors you’d like to contact and develop strategies to boost sales in the country, focussing on specific targets which may interest you, or have a need for our products. Finally, you’ll be correcting translations of the courses and the contents of our website as well as creating voice-overs for the videos of the experiments in your native language. At the end of the internship, we will evaluate the results and if the sales allow it, we will offer a permanent position in the company as International Sales Manager.Main Functions and Tasks

  • Market research for the target country.
  • Developing strategies to boost sales in the target country, ideally through agreements  with distributors.
  • Contact possible distributors.
  • Correct translations of the courses and the contents of our website.
  • Record voice-overs for the videos of the experiments in your native language.
  • Developing new business strategies and marketing materials.
