General information
During the internship period, the candidate will go through all departments of the company.
Reception:
- Reservation management, customer management, service quality assessment, budget and financial control, cost control, statistics.
Preparation of financial documents for administration
- Check-ins, check-out
- Social media management
Food and Beverage:
Preparation of breakfasts and logistical support
Housekeeper: Support in cleaning and organizing the rooms.
Maintenance: Support maintenance if necessary
Profile:
The candidate must have a good level of written and spoken English and basic knowledge of the portuguese language.
Must be communicative and also good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
All applications will be analyzed individually however we prefer students of tourism and hospitality, languages.
