Hostel Receptionist

Rivoli Cinema Hostel is a small hostel, located in the city center of Porto. We are looking for someone who can help the receptionists with their daily tasks. Our company has several apartments one hostel, one rooftop bar, and multiple partners for activities all around the Porto district! Perfect if you are looking for a place to learn, have fun, and have an international environment where you can meet new people. 

The main responsibilities are as follows:

• Help with check-ins and check-outs;
• Inform guests about our hostel instructions;
• Talk and hangout with the guests;
• Handling reservations and update the system with any requirements;
• Helping organizing the frontdesk and backoffice;
• Manage events for our guests, clients and staff.
