Job Overview

On behalf of our partner, we are looking for a Hotel Front-Desk / Receptionist Intern.

Job Description:

The offered practices are in the Reception and Front desk department, the main responsibilities are:

• Customer service, in person, by phone and by email,

• Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors,

• Manage online and telephone reservations,

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks,

• Administrative tasks, preparation of documents and information sheets during each shift for the management team,

• Keep the workplace always tidy and clean,

• Assistance to other departments, if necessary,

• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field,

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills,

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement,

• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary

• Ability to work well in stressful situations,

• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.
