Job Overview
On behalf of our partner, we are looking for a Hotel Front-Desk / Receptionist Intern.
Job Description:
The offered practices are in the Reception and Front desk department, the main responsibilities are:

Customer service, in person, by phone and by email,
-
Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors,
-
Manage online and telephone reservations,
-
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks,
-
Administrative tasks, preparation of documents and information sheets during each shift for the management team,
-
Keep the workplace always tidy and clean,
-
Assistance to other departments, if necessary,
-
Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field,
-
Excellent communication and problem solving skills,
-
Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement,

Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary

Ability to work well in stressful situations,
-
Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.
