The main role and responsabilitys for this position are:
Diary house manager ( offices, public areas and meeting rooms)
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Handel events/meetings
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Handel correspondence & quieres
Greeting all visitors
Transfer calls if necessary
Managing offices supplies
Managing offices services
Receiving & dispatching delivers
Assisting with mail as required
