In-house translator - project manager (Barcelona, Spain)

Translation agency OMERO located in the center of Barcelona is looking for trainees with good language and organisation skills.

We are looking for talented people to manage translation projects and translate and proofread texts in their native language. We are especially looking for English, French, German and Portuguese native speakers, but other nationalities are also welcome. Minimum duration: 1 month

Most of our trainees after completing the internship become freelance translation providers, so if you are considering a career as a professional translator, this internship is perfect for you.

Working in a team you will be involved in tasks like:

- translating, editing, proofreading

- making quotes and assisting the clients

- search and evaluation of translators

- project management, contacting translation providers

- project quality control

- working with the newest translation and graphic design software

- working in a young and multilingual environment
