You are looking for a challenging internship in an international Start-up? You are searching for an Erasmus internship in Spain (Valencia)? You have a hands on mentality and you want to help to scale the customer service of our peer to peer matching platform? You want to know the whole recruiting process? Then apply for this internship now!  

As a HR and customer service intern you help to grow the business and manage our customer service in different languages. You manage new applications, screen CV’s and perform interviews with teachers and employees. You cooperate in a young and international team in a student minded working environment. The internship takes place in Spain (Valencia) and is open for international students and Erasmus plus internships during the summer or one of the academic semesters.

 

Your tasks

  • You use different recruitment channels and look for new opportunities
  • You write and publish job offers
  • Manage and improve our customer service (email, Skype calls, tickets from our CRM system)
  • Create a positive atmosphere in the office, and organize team events and implement team-building measures
  • Improve our teacher verification process, update and help to scale our teacher database
  • Recruit new teachers and employees, screen applications and do job interviews
  • Perform customer satisfaction surveys and interviews to identify bottlenecks
  • Spot and present new marketing opportunities, help to implement them

Your Profile

  • Motivated to work with clients (students and teachers)
  • You are dedicated, reliable and you have a hands-on mentality
  • Ability to work independently and capable of taking initiative on specific projects
  • You are a student or recently graduated in a relevant study like: Economics, Business engineering, eCommerce, Marketing, Psychology or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English
  • Your speak minimum two of the following languages fluent (B2 level): 
    • German
    • Dutch
    • French
    • Italian
    • Spanish
  • A positive and flexible attitude
  • Speaking multiple of above mentioned languages is a plus

Starting date and working hours

  • Period: flexible starting dates every semester or during the summer
