The “Human Resources and Training” department evaluates the performance of our team (members, associates and staff), provides them with working motivation while monitoring their needs as well.
This unit offers a training for development of the necessary competences and acquisition of new professional qualities.

Human resources is not a thing we do, it is the thing that runs our business.
As an intern in this department, you will be expected to finish a training and then join the current HRT crew. This position would provide you with the opportunity to be the unofficial psychologist, event planner, peacemaker, lawyer, teacher or simply said: the person in charge!
Develop our departments’ working methodology and help out with their ongoing tasks.
Work directly with our whole crew by providing them with mentorship and support.
Recruit new members and associates, select people for ongoing projects, attend interviews, and provide information about ICDET on all of our online & offline communication channels.
Promote any new opportunities about seminars and projects via our communication channels.
Conduct language classes and language preparation courses for our volunteers, members, and associates in various languages.
Conduct innovative sessions about therapy, icebreaking, and motivation for all of the people, involved in the organization – from volunteers to main crew.
ICDET Academy: Establishing new and redeveloping existing internal and external training sessions and coaching programs for our NGO. You will lead and facilitate in international atmosphere.
