We seek a creative and energetic recruiting professional to join our start-up. You will start working remotly for first 2-3 weeks. Recruiter have responsibility for hiring talent through creative sourcing, coordinating the resume review and interview process.
- Source, pre-screen and attract/close candidates for experienced hiring opportunities
- Manage requisitions for experienced hiring
- Plan and execute sourcing strategy, design interview process (if necessary), etc.
- Manage interview scheduling and logistics, including candidate evaluation
- Creation and maintaining recruiting databases (We are starting a hiring campaign )
- BA/BS degree with strong academic background required
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to multi-task (a must-have)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment
- Proven ability to work in fast-changing pace
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good sense of humour appreciated.
