Description: 

PIC Management is a placement agency that help students to find a paid internship abroad. Our agency is located in Saltillo, in the North of Mexico, close to Monterrey, in the University area.

Your main responsibility will be to attract applicants and share all new vacancies and destinations, that means you will have to post daily on job boards, schools and social media. You will have to define which destinations/vacancies to share on a strategical way to increase applications.

Recruitment:

Your main responsibility will be to attract applicants and share all new vacancies and destinations, that means you will have to post daily on job boards, schools and social media. You will have to define which destinations/vacancies to share on a strategical way to increase applications.

You will manage applicants you receive, from analysis to running interview and propose adequate vacancies to applicants. Following and updating all the applications until getting an internship to your applicants.

You will be in charge of specific European markets to attract talents and students and this part of the internship require a high volume of work. You need to be focus and work fast to realize the target.

Communication:

Develop and increase partnerships with universities and private schools in order to promote our service and know needs from each school. Maintain and manage partnerships already existing.

Create and share all corporate communication support (you work with our communication manager to create new supports if necessary)

Develop new partnerships in order to propose additional services to our candidates

Community management:

You have community management responsibilities with your country (you work in team with our community manager): Facebook, LinkedIn.

Promote new vacancies or destinations, useful information about HR, recruitment, mobility…

Increase applications via new networks. Write relevant blog articles.

Profile required:

 

Master/Bachelor degree, HR, communication or Business development studies

English fluent (C1), Spanish intermediate (B1-B2) and native language (especially French, Italian, German, Polish, Slovakian, Lithuanian, Czech)

First professional experience mandatory (office experience) with references.

This position is highly comercial that means you mandatory must be business oriented and focus on results. You must be proactive and able to organize your schedule. You can maintain a high rhythm of work and be focused.
