Casamona International is a Real Estate company in Barcelona, founded in 2004, offering unique and different flats for Sale and for Rent. We have a large international client base and a team from all around the world. We are differentiating ourselves by only having “casas monas”, cozy homes, in which we would like to live ourselves.
We offer the advantage of being a small, dynamic company, so our interns have a great deal of autonomy and freedom to make changes from day one in a truly international environment and, eventually, examine the results of your work! But it also requires you to be able to work independently and to take on a lot of responsibilities.
We take normally between 10-12 interns from all over the world which means employees at Casamona are accustomed to working in a young and dynamic environment. Our motto is to work hard, play hard and we like to celebrate different holidays and festivities together as a team
An HR coordinator is team-oriented, efficient and extremely detailed. The HR Coordinator will work closely with the office managers and interns in an international environment. The HR Coordinator has to be analytical, they will need to oversee and take care of the whole recruitment process for new interns. Around 30% of the time the HR Coordinator will work with our JOM (Junior Office Manager) on ongoing projects.
