We have an exciting opportunity for a human resources internship to join our expanding team. As an internship, your week will be divided into working within the organisation, where you will get hands-on experience with our clients and team, and supporting the Human Resources Officer and Human Resources Director.

 

Within the office, day to day duties will involve supporting with drafting contract templates, note keeping and tracking meetings, managing daily tasks effectively, supporting with payroll tasks, collating expenses and overtime figures and database and Records Maintenance. The role also includes involvement in on-boarding and leaving procedures, performing Research, attending meetings and observing, attending training and development events.

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful applicant must meet the following requirements:

  • Be competent in MS Office packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook. 

  • Have research and presentation skills

  • Be fluent in written and spoken English

  • Willing to take on new challenges and not afraid to get involved in projects outside of traditional/main skill-set.

  • Have knowledge of HR and confidentiality 

  • Have experience working in an office environment
