THE TRAINEESHIP

BlueHouse Trainees are not just about perfoming routine tasks, Instead, we aim to build an experience that is memorable and unique.They Take the initative to deliver a wide range of service that guide guests through their entire stay. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Throgh providing advice,answering their request, managing the house, or performing housekeeping tasks. 

 FUN FACT>

This role involves a blend of office work and hands - on duties, ensuring that our guests receive a high - end hospitality service!

This internship begins in Aug/Sep 2024 and the minumim stay is 4 up to 9 months.

REQUIREMENTS 

ARE YOU THE ONE?

• Enjoy talking to people and has hsopitable personality. 
• Has a commendable task organization skill.
• The idea bank - always full with original ideas to support us in improving our efficiency.
• Possess independent mindset and a real team player, NO NEGOTIATION FOR THIS!.
• Hight sense of responsibility and have an eye for detail.
• Possess a start - up spirit, ideally can handle working in fast- paced, ever - changing environments.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Good communication in English (Written and verbal).
• Fluency in other languagues is a plus .
• passiontate in hospitality and customer service with some hands - on experience.
• Has a knack for logical problem - solving .
• having basic understanding of marketing and business. 
• You're a blog/article writting creativity. 

WHAT YOU'LL DIVE INTO 

• Dealing and communicating with international guests daily. 
• Ensuring customer satisfaction. 
• Assisting with reservations through various online platforms.
• Replying to guests' reviews on channels like TripAdvisor, etc. 
• Collecting ideas, comments, and complains from guests .
• writing blog posts and articles. 
• Ensuring guest rooms and common ares a maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Upon successful completion of the daily routines and basic responsibilities, more tasks can be assigned in the field of marketing or other field of interest.
