The candidate manages and supervises innovation center initiatives inclusive of projects supporting industry and consumer innovation, research & development, and commercial & government products and services. The candidate will work with the senior management to understand how leading opportunities of new product development inclusive opportunity definition, business plan, scope, requirements and execution. He/She will be helping to companies to assess their strategic potentials, to develop and improve new brands; perform as business resource with technology partners & internal stakeholders, external business partners. The candidate will learn and practice how to develop and maintain strong professional relations with project teams, business sponsors and stakeholders.
He/She will be requested to design, develop and present proposals, updates, issues and findings to senior management inclusive of suggestions, risk mitigation, cost benefit analysis and action plans. A key taks will involve the development of complete project design and execution documents along with task-level project plans to arrange external partners and cross-function teams.
The candidate will be also collaborating with project teams members to identify business requirements, supporting the development of new product’s strategic plans; ensures to strike balance between IT and technology vendors to manage, define, test and execute cutting-edge technology solutions; arranges and maintains multiple projects along with priorities by using apt tools and methodologies.
