Description:
The Department consists of two main branches, namely Entomology and Phytopathology. Students who will do internship in our department; In the fields of Mycology, Bacteriology, Virology, Entomology and Herbology, basic theoretical information will be given on the macroscopic identification of phytopathogen microorganisms, pests and weeds in field conditions and various applications (microscopic diagnosis, biochemical, molecular and serological tests) in laboratory conditions. In addition, these subjects will be explained to the interns practically in field and laboratory conditions.
