We are looking for INTERNS & Graduates who are looking for exposure to real business and work experience in a real live functioning Online Sales / Digital Marketing related business.

Company Background:

We are a Manufactures of Knitted textiles traditionally and wholesalers of trimming for the apparel industry. We still continue to knit and manufacture in our factory in UK and we also import from the Fareast, Predominantly China where we have a small office and staff.  Our business is approximately 80% e commerce/ 20% manufacturing

Overseas sales account for appox 50% at present on the online sector. This is an area we really want to grow We sell present primarily on EXTERNAL portals rather than our own websites, via eBay and Amazon. IN UK, EEC, USA, Canada, Australia

IN  2019, to want to develop two new websites of our own to sell; this is the actual aim where we sell via our branded websites to minimise the high commission we pay to Amazon/ and EBay.

INTERNSHIP:

We now have requirements to build our working team stronger with good staff who are able to contribute to our success and join us via the internships programme where it’s much more about gaining international business experience and then joining us after a year, on a full time permanent basis if the applicant deemed suitable. Internships give us and the intern a trail period to experience and see the suitability for a permanent job. In meanwhile, they gain outstanding real work experience in a real business environment.

We are looking for any European graduate in the field of IT/ Media and specifically E Commerce – Business/ marketing/ web technology. (we find European Graduates bring us a freshness of approach, we find them keen and hardworking and overall have made a very good impact in the majority of the cases.)

TASK :

We have store fronts on eBay/ Amazon; management of the INVENTORY using the Multi Chanel software called LINN WORKS ( www.linnworks.com)

• Work closely with the Marketting & Design Director ( Paresh Raja) as his personal aid.

• Work with our freelance team in India and coordinate work, ensuring they perform to the standard and check their work.

• Work to coordinate the development the two websites of neotrims.com and janeojewels.com , which exist at present, but will be completely re done , using MAGNETO Technology. The task is a in-between the Director and the developers ensuring the complete developments of the websites.

I need disciplined and articulate graduates able to solve problems without supervision, are able to teach themselves as the work we do will be outlined to them , but they need to then learn themselves in work as well as their own time via online tutorials etc etc. We need maturity and integrity in graduates who are genuinely here to work hard and make a positive contribution to the host organisation. We work hard and expect anyone on our small team to work equally hard and deliver to deadlines.
