International Business France - Trainee/Intern in DTC Startup (m/f/d)

What you will do

As a Business Development Intern, you will focus efforts on France and work with the management team to drive sustainable financial growth and develop strong relationships with customers in the French market

• Support of the Management of the French market (market entry and expansion)
• Close cooperation with the performance marketing team
• Management of Performance Marketing & Social Media activities
• Adaptation of Olav's brand message and positioning on the French market
• Identification of growth opportunities for the French market
• Management of marketing networks and partnerships
• Increase commitment and customer loyalty
   

What you bring to the table

We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Olav is looking for somebody who will be responsible for the growth and development of new business relationships, providing vision for sales strategies and the associated execution plan.

• You know the French market very well (ideally you live or have lived in France)
• You have already gained first experiences in business development and/or marketing
• You are analytical and are curious about performance marketing
• Independence is as important to you as perseverance and the ambition to show what you can do
• Hands-on mentality - you think in solutions and not in problems
• Oral and written knowledge of French (fluent) and English, optional German

To be successful you must be able to dig into seemingly complex business problems, challenge the status quo as needed, by bringing both innate curiosity and a natural inclination to invent and simplify.
