Are you passionate about Recruitment and keen to gain experience within a multicultural environment?

Do you want to have the chance to learn how to manage full cycle selection processes?

As part of our company, you will be given a high degree of mentoring, responsibility and autonomy in your tasks, under the continuous guidance of our Consultants. You will be dealing first hand with both candidates and clients and support with the smooth running of the recruitment process from start to finish.

Some of your tasks will be:

Ø Advertising and updating positions

Ø Screening CVs for various positions around the world

Ø CV searches at different databases and online media tools

Ø Candidate Telephone screening and qualifying actions

Ø Preparing candidate reports for Recruitment Consultants

Ø Various translations

Ø Attending job fairs and events representing the Division

Ø Update our databases and manage the different TH pages : Facebook, Linkedin, etc…

Requirements

Excellent level of English oral and written Native level of at least one of the following European languages (French, German or Dutch) Previous experience in recruitment or Admin is an advantage Experience within an international environment is a plus

Higher education certificate Spanish work permit is mandatory Dynamic, open minded and able to multitask Good communication and interpersonal skills

Interested in learning about HR recruitment
