International Sales Agent Internship in Barcelona

Casamona International is a Real Estate company in Barcelona, founded in 2004, offering unique and different flats for Sale and for Rent. We have a large international client base and a team from all around the world. We are differentiating ourselves by only having “casas monas”,  cozy homes, in which we would like to live ourselves.

We are looking for capable Sales Agents to present and lease properties to prospective clients.

You will start as a sales assistant and when the sales coordinator thinks you are ready, you will become a sales agent. This will enable you to have your own clients. You need to speak Spanish and English!

REQUIREMENTS

• You must have a high level of both written and spoken Spanish and English.

• You must be able to work a minimum of 4 months.

• You must be independent, detail-oriented and organized in order to manage your schedule.

• You must have confident communications skills in order to work with clients on a daily basis. 

• You must have problem-solving skills and negotiation skills when faced with clients and possible deals.

Compensation: No fixed salary - 100% commission-based.

Maximum of 35 hours a week
