Your Tasks:


 - Support our business development team with identifying new potential customers

 - Maintain customer contacts and interactions in our internal CRM system

 - Support our business development and marketing team in the preparation of trade fairs, digital events and webinars

 - Help us onboard new customers

 - Assist us in setting up and maintaining our partner program



Your Profile:


 - Ability and fun to communicate well with internal and external partners

 - Ideally, you have already collected first experience working with customers

 - You work competently with MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point

 - Excellent English and German communication and writing skills

 - Ideally, good communication skills in a third language such as French, Italian and Spanish

 - In addition to your customer focus and strong communication, you like to drive innovation and work with the team in a performance-oriented manner

 - A high degree of self-motivation

 - You would like to join us for at least three months

 - You will be working with an international team, office language is English. We only work 3 days from the office, two days per week we all work from home. We are fully connected through Slack and Zoom and have flexible working hours.



Our business development team focuses on establishing our digital platform in the cosmetics industry. We are in the process of approaching and onboarding new partners. Our target customers include cosmetic brands, ingredient suppliers, regulatory consultancies, cosmetic packaging providers,  test institutes and contract manufacturers.
