About the role:
As part of a “human scale” team, you will get the opportunity to make a significant difference in our casework from day one. As an intern, you will be involved in a variety of tasks to make genuine contributions to tackling clients’ challenges. Your daily tasks will include:
- Conducting desk research on publicly available data and on recent literature;
- Drafting summaries and re-formatting of publicly available data;
- Drafting summaries of recent literature;
- Performing translations of documents and information sources;
- Assisting with data preparation;
- Performing data analysis;
- Taking part in internal and external development projects such as contributing to opinion pieces, conferences and workshops.

- You are currently finishing an advanced university degree (Master’s degree) in Economics or related fields;
- You have an interest in competition economics and a good knowledge of theoretical and/or empirical microeconomics and industrial organization;
- You can draft and communicate effectively in English, in a clear and straightforward manner. A good knowledge of other languages is also an asset for our team because we handle cases in many jurisdictions;
- You can write simple codes in Stata and/or R that are self-explanatory and easy to follow;
- You have a positive can-do attitude and you are ready to actively engage with your colleagues.
