Description: 

We are looking for applicants who can speak one European Language and:

  •  German C1 and English 
  •  Dutch C1 and English 
  •  Slovenian C1 and English 
  •  Bulgarian C1 and English 

You are an ideal candidate, if you have great communication skills and a computer is your strength. While working, your focus must always be on the customer and their needs.    Additionally, it would be nice if you already have previous experience in similar roles. You will work on a team, therefore team working skills are required. Furthermore, you should be flexible and resilient.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Assessing customer’s business needs
  • Handling customer complaints and answers to their questions
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers
  • Being engaged and proactive about the company’s Marketing and Sales plan
  • Proposing innovative ideas that will improve the satisfaction of the customers
