Resort hotel that belongs to a large local hotel chain, 4 stars and located in one of the most touristic areas of the peninsula. They are looking for tourism or communication students who are passionate about the world of hospitality. It is a modern, urban-style hotel, ideal for a family getaway or to spend a few romantic days with your partner. Located just minutes from Platja d'Aro beach, it offers complete services for the whole family, from family packages and plans to couple plans.
Students who wish to do their internships with the hotel will receive benefits such as accommodation + full meals and even monthly remuneration.
Monday to Sunday (rotating), 5 days a week and 2 off, 8 hours per day.
Tasks:
- Receive new guests and register them in the system to assign the room: Check in.
- Provide tourist information on the region and hotel facilities.
- Make sure to register the departures of the guests: Check Out.
- Respond to doubts, questions or complaints from hotel guests.
- Inform customers about restaurant hours and hotel regulations.
- Collaborate with the administrative tasks of the position such as the processing of personal documents.
- Attend department meetings.
