MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
¤ Collaboration in national and international Sourcing according with different processes established in AIRBUS Recruitment Center.
¤ Participation in applying and defining innovative sourcing methods and collaborate in the proactive Sourcing of students and recent graduates in collaboration with Recruiters and Employment Marketing (search in data base, social media, posting channels, special marketing activities,…)
¤ Participation in the job posting, searches for suitable candidates, pre-screens and selects the candidates, and re-cycling applications for different internships.
¤ Participation the First Contact Interview with the candidate for an efficient screening.
¤ Close co-operation with Recruiters to run effective pre-selection to create the Short List.
¤ To give support in the logistic and development of employment events and career fairs,
¤ Participation the Test administration and elaborate reports.
¤ To give support in the administrative tasks of the Recruitment Center.
SKILLS
Educacional Qualifications:
¤ Psychology/Human Resources Degree
Requirements:
¤ Ability to work in an international environment with different interfaces.
¤ Result oriented and customer minded.
¤ Communication skills.
Language Skills
¤ English: Negotiation level.
¤ Additional Languages (German, French, Spanish) would be an advantage
