Intern for The Library Reception

We are now looking for an intern to work as receptionists/hosts/hostesses at The Library Group.

The tasks entails:

• Manning the reception, answering phones, handling post, handling minor IT/printing issues
• Greeting guests for our clients, offering drinks and snacks, catering to the meeting room
• Cleaning up the public spaces at the end of the day and preparing them in the mornings
• Maintaining miscellaneous secretarial services for our clients
• Helping out at conferences, meetings & events, parties
• If you have an interest in digital marketing and SEO there is an opportunity to hone and perfect your skills in this field

Duration

3 months or more..Preferred starting time: January 2023.

Qualifications

The Library will stand out for the unparalleled level of service and personal attention. If you get a kick out of anticipating and putting our client’s needs before your own, then this is the place for you. You must have perfect English (level C1) skills and a good command of French (level B2). Knowledge of the Nordic languages and culture is a plus. You must be presentable, polished and know how to dress, when jeans and sneakers are not an option. Creativity, a responsible nature and a sense of humour are also vital.
