As an Intern in recruitment (m/f/d), you will play a key role in contributing to the growth of our company and upcoming products. You’ll help us find and engage with the best talent worldwide. Your Responsibilities

 

 - You work closely together with the team to achieve hiring goals

 - You define sourcing strategies, build out talent maps and use diverse platforms to reach and attract passive talent

 - You identify, engage and screen candidates on suitability for vacancies and continuously contribute to a pipeline of top talent

 - You monitor pipelines and analyze reports to identify trends and improve the hiring process

 

 

Your Profile

 

 - You have excellent English skills, both written and verbal

 - You are passionate about Recruitment and thriving in a fast-paced environment

 - You work self-driven with an analytical mindset
