IT - Internship

Obelis is currently working for an intern for our IT Department

 Your role and key responsibilities will be 

1. Provide professional and smooth external/internal client service at the highest level.
2. Support the day-to-day activities associated with the IT Department at the highest level:
3.         Execute new projects according to the change management process
4.         Execute service requests through the Ticket Management system
5.         Execute department logs and regularly maintain and update  
6.         Execute and prepare meeting rooms for company events
7.         Support Information Systems delivery, users and security
8.         Ad hoc IT related tasks, projects & troubleshooting
9.         React and intervene to off-business hours alarms

3.     Support the implementation of ITIL and ISO standards.

4.     Provide ah-hoc assistance to the DPM/Department Manager

5.     Represent Obelis and its interests at external events.

 

 

Requirements

- Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Computer science/Informatics/IT engineering or similar discipline.
- Professional experience in IT Helpdesk is an asset.

- Fluency in English (written & oral); Any other languages are always a plus;- Knowledge/experience in ITIL environment- Knowledge of Operating systems: Windows 10 & Server 2016/2019.- Knowledge of Network/Security: TCP/IP, Network topology, IP telephony, VOIP, Active Directory and domain network services- Your are a fantastic team player, inspire peers and communicate clearly and effectively.- Quick learner and self-motivated for small and big tasks.
- You have high adaptability, flexibility and commitment supported by a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Attention to detail and organize workload efficiently to meet deadlines with high quality results.
- Willing to learn and grow continuously.

Internship Terms & Conditions:

·       Applicant must possess EU work permit

·       Location: Brussels

·       Period: 6 months, full time; wiht the possibility to extend the contract and make a career in the company

·       International working environment
