You will be responsible for finding, attracting and placing top IT professional
Consultants on the market to our client's projects. You will be in charge of
your earnings because we will give you a very attractive basic salary and
opportunity to maximize your salary with our generous commissions.
Speak to our associates, they can tell you how this job give them the lifestyle
they always wanted and how those deals pay their mortgages and of course
there is more and better thing are yet to come. You will not want to get off
the phone and cold callings to generate leads and deals become a healthy
habit of yours.
You will have the responsibility of monitoring the hiring process from
beginning to finish (getting candidate's feedback, rejecting, making job
offers, negotiate salary package & contract, managing candidate’s and
client's expectation etc).
You will develop an indepth knowledge of the IT market, as you
interview/building up a relationship with these IT Consultants.
You will then have the opportunity to work with big international clients, to
understand their business and present K2 Brand to Key Decision Makers on
how K2 services can help them solve their staffing needs. You will then have
the full ownership of these accounts.
You will have a close interaction with our associates who sit in across 4
other regions and 19 offices. Crossregion deals/placements are continuously
happening daily at K2.
What we look for?
We look for dynamic people with a fresh Degree in Psychology or in HR
and willing to start a long-term career in IT recruitment. At the
beginning we are offering 6 moths internship, ideally hiring at the end

Relocating Opportunities within K2 Group to other offices in EU, APAC &

During the 6 months internship, the salary we are offering is 550 euro per

An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Fluency in English plus German is Mandatory
