IT/DIGITAL ASSOCIATE (Remote Internship)

ABOUT ROLE

As our digital transformation guru you will be responsible for enhancing the company's technical performance resulting in improved productivity and increased efficiencies. You will partner with the Business, IT and Digitization teams to lead projects and make impacts in growing efficiency, driving Innovation and facilitating the change.

Your mission:

• Grow as a tech-specialist to become a ground-breaking problem solver, and act as catalyst to introducing new technologies to our company.
• Working with complex data sets.
• Supporting front end and back end software development.
• Collaborating with colleagues to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Supporting functional analysis, design and roll-out activity of new digital services.
• Supporting analysis of customer value streams and evaluation of new opportunities for new tailored services.
• Continuous technology solutions scouting and benchmarking.

Your superpowers:

• Currently enrolled in a University degree (Bachelor/Master) or fresh graduate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively pass information across various units of the company
• Experience with programming languages Java, C++, or/and SQL.
• Basics and willingness to learn HTML or/and CSS.
• Critical thinking abilities in order to improve application performance and resolve technical issues.
• Adaptability & staying up to date with the latest tech trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and last minute changes.
• Understanding of change management practices.

Your mission frame:

• Type: Full Time internship (40/30/week)
• Compensation: Non-paid / Student's scholarships
• Location: Košice (SK) / Remote
• Duration: 3 Months, with +3 based on your performance
• Start: ASAP
