Junior Designer

We are looking for the candidate for our newly opened position as Junior Designer in our architectural office LOXIA based in Prague in Czech republic.
This position is suitable for a student or a fresh graduate who would like to start working on real projects in a young international team and a very modern working environment in the centre of Prague and at the same time he has improved under the leadership of our colleague in BIM and Revit.

The content of the work is quite wide and includes, among other things, the following activities:

• Creative design work on interesting projects of apartment buildings, kindergartens, schools, public buildings, production buildings with emphasis on accuracy and quality of output.
• Work in latest software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD and many others to create a functional, complete and flawless 2D, 3D (BIM) project.
• Participation in the production of project documentation at all stages of project documentation (arch. studies, UR, building permit, documentation for construction).
• Processing of technical documents and drawings such as situational drawings, floor plans, technical sections of buildings, facade processing, coordination of installation wiring, etc.
• Communication of projects in the team under the direction of the main project engineer.
• Consultation and processing of specific building details.
• Communication with external specialists.
• Completion and dispatch of the completed documentation to the state administration authorities concerned.
• Work on marketing documentation for future clients. 
• Working in a modern and multicultural environment that promotes the creativity of every person.
