Description:
We are currently searching for a medical coordinator (IVF, plastic surgery, ophtalmology, stomatology) with Spanish or Italian language to join our team.
Job description:
- Answer all calls and emails to patient timely.
- Assist to international patients and coordinate the activities that are required to initiate the treatment plan.
- Oversee the physician’s team to ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare of calendar/schedules for patients and help them step by step
through all process from the first contact till the therapy itself in Prague.
