Are you passionate about renewable energy and looking for an exciting opportunity to gain valuable administrative experience in a dynamic and international setting? Our company, a leading renewable energy company based in Madrid, is seeking talented legal intern to join our team for the upcoming summer season.
As a legal intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and international team of professionals, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of legal tasks such as global advice on commercial matters, advising on contractual and corporate matters, and support in legal areas of consumer rights. We value soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, so this is an excellent opportunity to develop and hone these important skills. Additionally, advanced English or Spanish language skills are required, and any other European language is a plus.
This is an unpaid internship, but we offer a valuable opportunity to gain practical work experience in a dynamic and international setting, with the possibility of future employment opportunities within our company.
Requirements:
- Strong legal and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English or Spanish on an advanced level, any other European language is a plus
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
- Availability to work full-time for a minimum of 3 months during the summer season
Daily Tasks:
● Support for global advice on commercial matters.
● Support in advising on contractual and corporate matters.
● Support and advice on restructuring, from incorporation of companies, mergers or spin-offs.
● Support for advice in the legal area of consumer rights.
