Easy Express, well known as “EE”, is a professional logistics company, which aims to provide completely door-to-door transportation service from Europe to China. EE was found on 1st of May 2013, and has gains a wealth of practical experience during the continuing virtuous development for several years. Now, EE has built a customized multi-functional system, which has the capacity for API connection of ordering, financial automation, track & trace, routes planning and internal communications.
One of the advantages of EE service is the whole supply chain of customs clearance service, including: B2C customs clearance, personal parcels clearance, bulk cargos clearance etc. For this reason, EE has the ability to provide various solutions for customers’ requirements, whatever a private customer sending one parcel back to China, or companies sending containers via sea freight.
Besides EE’s own operation of air freight or sea freight, EE is also authorized of the agency service of PostNL. As one of the members of Universal Postal Union, PostNL is trustable and stabilized chosen in the market.
EE is growing fast and steady because of her modernization of business and will still hold it as the core competence from the past to the future.

2. Job Vacancy

3. Job Description
The intern will work in the function of Customer Service and Routine Operation.
The intern will take part into the full operation of our logistics service, represent our customer service via media methods, optimize ERP system, and coordinate among various parties such as customers, warehouse, forwarders, airlines, Customs and Chinese territory transports.
Each intern will find her/his suitable role quickly after going through the entire process, and of course clearly aware of a modern international transportation and customs clearance pictures.
4. Job Requirements
We want you to
1) have an internship period of 3 months if you don't own EU Passport; or 6 months if you own EU passport
2) be fluent in Chinese and English;
3) have patience and responsibility;
4) be a good communicator, and play well in the teamwork,
5) have basic knowledge of office software;
6) have passion for international logistics business;
Please note: This is a full-time internship (40 hours a week). Only applicants who are enrolled as students for the entire duration of the internship will be considered. We are looking for students who can start as soon as possible. Good communication skills and proactive attitude are both important to bring this internship to success.
